We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition. Once the return is approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability and condition.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If your item arrives defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a full refund or replacement, based on your preference.

No Returns on Remis à Neuf Jewelry:

All remis à neuf jewelry is final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange.

Customized Jewelry:

Customized or engraved jewelry is non-returnable and non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

• No Returns on refurbished Jewelry: All refurbished jewelry is excluded from exchanges or returns.
  
• Refurbished jewelry is sold as final sale. These pieces have been previously worn and professionally cleaned and polished, but they may show minor imperfections compared to brand-new items. Small details such as slight surface marks or subtle variations can be present. However, each piece remains fully intact, durable, and perfectly wearable, offering excellent value at a more accessible price point.
